Chapel
'Rocklane Fit' is for our older adults and is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and classes are modified depending on fitness levels. No registration or equipment needed, just show up! Enter at Door A. Suggested donation of $1.00 each meeting to help maintain and purchase new equipment. Classes will meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30-11:30 am in the Chapel beginning May 18th.
