As you seek to improve your physical fitness, God wants to free you from whatever is weighing you down.  We are talking about the "weight" that keeps you turning toward-or away, from food, and the "weight" that comes from trying to keep life under your control.

This 9-week journey includes Bible study with group discussion, video teaching, a 20-30 minute workout for all levels and much more.  Learn to move in freedom and not in doubt or condemnation.

Rocklane Move is a fitness ministry that is not about the "fitness".  Instead, it is an opportunity for you to gather with others and have fun moving the good body that God gave you.  You won't just train your muscles, but you will train your hearts with God's Word while training your JOY!

Classes incorporate all types of movement including kickboxing, cardio and drumming.  No one is disqualified.  Everything done in class can be modified to your fitness/comfort level.  The entire class can be done seated in a chair.

All are welcome, and it is family friendly.  If you have a little guy/gal that can hold a set of drumsticks and follow basic safety directions, bring them with you to join in the JOY. 

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat if you have one, and most importantly, bring your JOY!  No need to preregister, just show up.  We hope to see you there!


Rocklane Fit is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living.  A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and classes are modified depending on fitness levels.

No registration or equipment needed, just show up!  Enter through Door D.  

Meeting times are Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 10:30-11:30 am.
