  • Grief Ministry

The purpose of Rocklane's  grief ministry is to help those who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. Our Mourning Comfort group consists of four sessions.    These sessions will focus on the idea that grief shared is grief diminished.  We will learn ways to cope with the emotions that can seem overwhelming.

  • Cancer Group

Mission Statement:  Cancer is one of the most stressful experiences in a person’s life and triggers strong emotions of sadness, fear, anger, depression, anxiety, and sense of loss.  The Rocklane Cancer Support Group welcomes all individuals who are cancer survivors, who are currently battling cancer, and all caregivers, family members, and friends to participate in this group.  At Rocklane Christian Church it is our mission to help people take the next step in their relationship with God.  The Rocklane Cancer Support Group will provide a safe and loving place to share and work through the emotions and challenges triggered by the diagnosis of cancer; allowing God to bring comfort and peace through the study of the scriptures, intentional prayer, and loving encouragement from our church family.
